Once you’ve placed your order, please allow between 24 to 72 hours for processing. During this time, our team carefully prepares and packages your items to ensure everything is in perfect condition before shipment. Orders are then dispatched via one of our trusted shipping partners, which may include Canada Post, DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on your location and the most efficient carrier available at that time.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. While the typical delivery timeframe ranges from 7 to 21 business days, many customers receive their packages sooner. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your shipping destination and local postal services.
Every order is provided with a tracking number, giving you the ability to monitor your package in real-time from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your doorstep. You’ll be kept informed every step of the way!
